What Cookies do you set and use?

PHPSESSID - Each time you visit the website we start a "session" and assign a unique ID. We can track various pieces of essential data for your session which are all stored on our server. The session ID only is stored in a temporary cookie, which is automatically deleted either after an extended period of inactivity, or when you close your browser.

There are also cookies for Google Analytics and the Google Analytics JavaScript Library sets the following first-party cookies:

_ga cookie - used to identify users and expires after two years
_gat cookie - used to throttle the request rate, and expires after one minute, If google Analytics is set up using GTM, this cookie is set as _dc_gtm_.
_gid cookie - used to identify the user and expires after 24 hours.
