Trevor Peters (AIA)Course Description: As a result of the Covid 19 pandemic a number of changes were made to employment law. The most notable of these is probably the introduction of the Job Retention Scheme, but there were other changes too. The pandemic has slowed down the introduction of the Good Work Plan, although this is still planned for implementation eventually.
In this webinar we will look at the changes that have been made to employment law, and the changes that are proposed. This will include a review of the Good Work Plan, thinking about what is still to come.
We will look at some of the immediate employment law issues being raised as we emerge from the pandemic, such as issues relating to health and safety and flexible working.
We will then look at importance cases that have been reported in the past year, across all areas of employment law, reflecting on what we should learn from the different rulings.
