Course Description: This session covers an update of employment law over the past 12 months. It starts by reviewing the Good Work Plan, looking at the changes that have recently been made to employment law, changes that are coming in April 2020 and then further proposals that currently have no implementation date. There will then  be an overview of key employment cases that have been reported during 2019, followed by a look into the future at what else will be changing in 2020.
