Disclosures for small and micro company accounts – getting it right

This is a detailed session on exactly what does and what doesn’t need to be disclosed in small and micro companies.

Course Description: Using case studies, the session aims to help delegates gain a mastery of small and micro company disclosure.  Because micro company accounts are relatively simple, more attention will be given to small company accounts

In particular the course will cover:

  • Related party disclosure
  • Director loans
  • Employees
  • Post balance sheet events
  • Off balance sheet obligations
  • Companies Act requirements in terms of form and content of accounts
  • Accounting policies and general disclosures
  • What does not need to be disclosed
  • Small and micro company exemptions and eligibility criteria
