2025 Employment law changes from 2024 & case law rulings. This course will go live by the end of January.
Course Description: During 2024 there were a significant number of changes to employment law. There were changes to annual leave, the introduction of new leave such as Carer's Leave, and changes to flexible working. There were then further changes that had been introduced by the Conservative government which were brought into effect after they left office.
In this session we will work through all the changes that took place in 2024. We will cover changes 'left over' from the Conservative government, and we will also explain legislation that the old government had created which is not coming into force.
We will also include a review of important case law rulings which have taken place in 2024.
