Course Description: 

In the current environment handling feedback well is essential to be able to meet client expectations and to grow and develop our people.  In today’s environment feedback is often more public and frequent and can sometimes be uncomfortable. 

This course will focus on how to receive feedback well, take appropriate action and how to develop an internal culture where feedback helps people grow not shrink.

Topics include:

 

  • The psychology of feedback
  • Getting and responding to client feedback
  • Why developing, not just managing your people is important
  • Building an internal feedback culture
  • How to deliver effective and useful feedback that can be acted upon

About the presenter: Nicky is Training Director with Insight Training. Nicky qualified as a Chartered Accountant with an international accountancy firm before moving into learning and development, HR, recruitment and professional education. Nicky specialises in the development and delivery of commercial and financial awareness and business skills training for a wide range of clients. Nicky is experienced in the use of psychometric tools and frequently applies these in the design and facilitation of corporate training and management development programmes.
