Course Description: The annual employment law update will start with a look at the Employment Rights Bill. We will look at what is going to change in employment law, following the implementation roadmap that the government issued on 1 July 2025. We will focus mostly on things that will change in the next 12 months, but will also look into 2027.
We will then look at employment cases of note that went to the courts in 2025, understanding the rulings in those cases and what they mean for our management of people.
Finally, we will look at everything else that is planned to change relating to employment law, understanding when these changes are likely to happen.
