David Rose is a Chartered Tax Adviser whose practice provides support to both companies and individuals across a range of tax services. Many of these services are provided directly to accountants. David has a particular interest in company restructuring and transactions work, as well as international tax and research and development claims. After reading law at university, David trained with HMRC becoming a senior tax inspector providing advice to internal governance boards as well as setting strategy within Counter-Avoidance.
